Characteristics

AlSi1% bonding wire normally has the diameter range from 0.7 mil to 2.2 mil, and it has the wire length 2500 ft per spool in our normal package. The high purity Aluminum 99.999% is alloyed with the sub-micron Si material, with very homogenous distribution. The wire winding is done by the precision machine made in Switherland, and it helps to have the best wire releasing performance.
